Frequently Asked Questions:
Q) How soon after treatment can I return to my daily activity?
CIT microneedling treatments are mildly invasive, leaving your skin flushed (looking much like a sunburn) for 24~36 hours. Some clients report tenderness while others report no discomfort whatsoever. Your activity is not hindered in nay way but many clients feel more comfortable returning to their daily routine wearing a light mineral-based makeup. If possible, we recommend avoiding makeup for 24 hours after the treatment. Clients report that post-treatmnet redness diminishes upon subsequent sessions.
Q) Is the CIT eDermaroller suitable for all skin tones?
Yes, the treatment is suitable for all skin tones.
Q) How does the CIT eDermaroller feel?
When our reccomended numbing cream is used prior to the treatment, clients report a feeling similar to exfoliation. Without numbing cream, most clients report that the treatment is uncomfortable.
Q) How many CIT eDermaroller sessions are recommended?
In general, we recommend 3~4 treatments, 6 weeks apart. In severe conditions, more treatments may be needed.
